The unique Breville BMF600XL Milk Caf features induction heating for gentle and even heat distribution. It can be set to deliver a cold froth or heat the milk as it is steaming or frothing. This unit is equipped with overheat- and dry-boil protection for safe operation. After 30 seconds of inactivity, the Milk Caf will automatically enter standby mode to conserve power. The Milk Caf comes with two discsone for steaming and the other for frothing. When not in use, the discs can be stored directly in the unit for easy access. The BMF600XL also comes with a measuring cap for your convenience.
