Programmable grind times are easily adjustable for single- or double-shot extractions, anywhere between 2 and 30 seconds.

The PID-controlled boiler temperatures (which you can adjust in 1C increments) and automatic pre-infusion on the G&IP mean you can brew some legitimately delicious espresso on this machine.
