Porcelain crafted, the Bonjour Creme Brulee Set set lets you create professional creme brulee at home. The set includes four 4oz. oval ramekins and a powerful butane torch. The cool-touch metal torch features an anti-flare flame that quickly caramelizes sugar without heating the layer custard below. Adjust the flames intensity to add an extra kiss to a tart or meringue. The torch comes with a removable plastic stand to keep it upright and a safety lock to help prevent accidents. Holding 40 milliliters of butane fuel (not included), the torch burns for more than three and one half hours. Measuring 5″ x 3.25″ x 1″ (LWH), the ramekins are oven, microwave and dishwasher safe. With stand, the torch is 7-1/4″ x 5″.
