For making cappuccinos, lattes, and other espresso-based milk drinks, the EC155 features a steam wand with an attachment that makes steaming and frothing milk a breeze. Maintenance is also easy, thanks to a removable 35 oz water reservoir, drip tray, and straightforward cleaning cycles.

A dial on the front of the machine controls the EC155 and it features 5 different settings. From left to right, they are steam, power off, power on, coffee/hot water dispensing. Indicator lights are also located around this center dial and will illuminate when the machine is on and when the machine is at proper brewing or steaming temperature. To steam, turn the knob to the steam icon and wait for the temperature ready light to illuminate (next to the word OK on the control panel). Once illuminated, the EC155 is ready to steam. Just immerse the tip of the steam wand in a pitcher of cold milk, turn the steam knob located on the top of the machine, and froth away. Make sure to clean the wand after every use, once it has cooled down.
