Description

Illys classic porcelain espresso cups feature Yoko Onos unique style accompanied by prints of handwritten messages. Six cups display a variety of mended cracks painted in gold, accompanied by their own individual saucer with Yokos handwriting, detailing both personal and global catastrophes. Each saucer lists the date and location of the event, with Yokos message, mended in 2015.

The seventh cup of the collection is the UNBROKEN CUP. It has no cracks or blemishes, but instead remains untouched as a symbol of peace and hope. With it, comes the final message on the seventh saucer in Onos handwriting, This cup will never be broken as it will be under your protection.
