With the Nespresso Vertuo Coffee and Espresso Machine by DeLonghi, brewing perfect single-serve coffee is the norm and not the exception. To make the brewing process that much easier, the Vertuo also makes two cup sizes that pair with two corresponding capsule sizes; large for coffee and small for espresso.

The integrated automatic blend recognition function allows the Vertuo to recognize each blend and automatically adjust brewing parameters by reading a barcode on the rim of each capsule. This, in conjunction with Centrifusion patented intelligent extraction technology, takes the confusion out of brewing your favorite blend.

Just insert a capsule, close the lever and let the Vertuo do the rest. When activated, the capsule is spun rapidly to blend ground coffee with water and produce excellent coffee, crema and espresso everytime with no need to manually change settings.

Also included is flow stop to easily set a preferred coffee length that the machine will automatically stop at once the desired level is reached, a memory function for cappuccino, latte, macchiato, espresso, long coffee and hot milk and a rapid heat up time of 15-20 seconds.

An automatic power off function shuts your machine down 9 minutes from the last coffee brewed, while a built-in alert that lets you know when its time to descale. Both the 54 ounce water container and drip tray are removable, and the used capsule container is able to house 17 large capsules.

As for the Aeroccino3, it brings back the retro look of past Nespresso Aeroccino iterations while also producing exquisite hot milk foam, hot milk or cold froth. If preparing milk froth, the Aeroccino3 can hold 4 ounces; if preparing hot milk, it can house 8 ounces. Milk should be as fresh and cold as possible and from a cow, preferably. Alternative milks can also be used.
