And, thanks to the worm-gear grind adjustment mechanism, the Twist is extraordinarily precise. In fact, when we tested this grinder, it took a 98 rotation of the adjustment knob to move the burrs 1 micron. Compared to a standard grind adjustment knob that makes the same shift with a mere 2 rotation, the Twist is as much as 50 times more precise.

The Twist SD54 tilts forward at a slight angle.
